We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Our products are wellness products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they do not replace medical advice or treatment.

All orders are charged in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) unless stated otherwise at checkout. Prices shown in other currencies on the website are estimates for your convenience; the final amount charged by your bank may vary slightly because of exchange rates and bank fees. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one confirmed at checkout.

4. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

5. Shipping

We ship within Kuwait and to GCC countries. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs or courier delays.

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help. Returns and refunds are handled according to our refund policy.
